There is a noise when I step on the gas pedal I went to this dealership for this issue 5 times he(tobi) made me pay around $600 even though the car is on 70,000 miles and it clearly sayāif it is under a 100,000 miles and 10 years it is covered.the car is not even fixedMr tobi is a person I donāt wanna see ever I even saw other customers upset with him. They even mess up the driver side door and I had to take it to the local shop to get it fixed and spend more money. I asked him if there is someone else I can talk to he said he is the boss and there is nobody else above him.I wish him well but he is a very bad guyEvery time they bring my car itās more problemsVery bad experienceHe (Mr tobi always give me the day thatās convenient for him not the other way aroundI bought a brand new car and he(tobi) told me I didnāt have warranty and made me pay for the service and that still didnāt fix the problem I went to this dealership 5 times and itās more problems every time I go there very bad experience I regret buying this car and dealing with this tobi guy he is the worst.

Prices can be much higher than others. For example- I took my alignment elsewhere because you charge $189 and they $129ā¦.Service component is top flight. Scheduling easy. Tobi knows how to treat customers.

I am just used to my vehicle being washed after service is done. Other than that, everything else was fine.Tobi was great as always, I just think the car washes need to be improved on. Itās a great addition, because alot of the times I canāt get my car washed during the week for being too busy. It helps me out for sure!Customer service is great! And the service department is very transparent about work that is needed for my vehicle.

Excellent experience all around. Great and helpful employees! Thank you!Excellent service from the moment I called to set up the appointment! Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. My car was taken care of in a very decent timeframe and the waiting/lounge area was comfortable and set up with drink and snack machines. This was our first time here and it was a great experience. The employee that took care of checking us in was great! Very friendly and helpful.
