Technician was great. I just didn’t like that if it was explained what the issue was going to be then why not bring the part to fix it? Why do I have to pay a separate repair fee when I would’ve used the service? When I got the quote I was expecting the diagnostic fee to be absorbed into the repair cost. I feel bad for customers that have a limited income to have that shock. The price quote for the repair was way above other businesses. I won’t be using Auto Nation in the future. Thank you.

I would be great if they fixed the part that needs to be fixed the same day instead of us having to wait!!. Till the next time they can come out and fix it..

I made arrangements to use Mobil 1 full synthetic oil but tech arrived with O'Reilly synthetic oil,not Mobil 1. It took 15 minutes to determine that someone made a mistake by not following through with my request. The tech said that Mobil 1 would increase the cost of the service but I refused to pay more than the quote. Tech went to pick up Mobil causing a delay but not an increase in my cost. It seems that the issue was poor communication within your departments. I asked for a external fuel filter replacement and agreed to the quote. At the time of the scheduled service the tech discovered that the fuel filter was located inside the fuel tank, a sealed unit, and not serviceable or external. It would have been nice if the database reflected the location and the fact that the filter wasn't serviceable prior to scheduling the replacement. The tech was unable to perform that portion of the scheduled service due to this issue. I understand that mobile service may cost slightly more plus a $25 mobile fee but the oil change cost more than twice the advertised in house full synthetic oil change price making it's cost prohibitive.

You are doing great but as disabled person as well as being a senior citizen. We can’t afford all the repairs I need to my vehicles. I need them to go to doctors appointments and physical therapy. So l have to spend my money more closely. Great service but way too expensive.

Will definitely use this service again in the future if the need arises. Saved some money in comparison to dealerships near by. This was convenient as they came to me at my location.
