The technician did not put the car back together the way he found it

Josh was very informative of the repairs that he was performing on my vehicle. He even made a courtesy call to see if everything was running well.

My wife brought her Honda Accord to you (THREE YEARS AGO !!) to replace the recalled Takata airbag. You had to order the part(s) for this, but we NEVER heard back from you ! So we took it to Chapman Honda, way across town from where we live, 12 miles west of Marana !

5 Stars for James Marymee!!

The technician arrived earlier and I was informed 5 minutes before arrival, which was great for me. I informed him that my car would not crank or start and after 4 days the battery was low on voltage. After about 10 minutes he sent me a text stating "it's done "He then tells me it's the battery, it has a bad cell. He tells me to buy one at Auto Zone, so I took the original battery to Auto Zone after 2 hours they tell me the battery is good and holding a charge. I buy a new battery anyways and have it installed and still does not start. It's been a week and I still don't have a running vehicle, I have been trying to get some one to come out again and no response yet.

Great job!

Anthony and Rodolfo were a huge help thank you both for the assistance!

That tech that came out yesterday was great, this is for the tech that came Sunday the 18th. He took my tire off and when he was done with the other issues he left and I had a loud knocking while driving the car and was worse then before the tech was out there. Come to find out he did not tighten the lug nuts on the tire. I drove on the road with a tire about to come off. Who does that? That could of been a serious accident

I never received the list of services or recommendations
