I comparison shopped your service because I liked the idea of someone coming to my home to perform the preventive maintenance of an oil change on my minivan. Compared to the last oil change I had at my local dealer the price appeared very competitive. After my credit card was processed I saw that the cost was higher than I expected. When the technician arrived and explained the charges, the cost was a little higher still. As I had committed to doing this, I accepted and the technician went about his business. I have praise for the technician's job, though I haven't driven my vehicle yet, so I will hopefully find no flaws in the work. I would appreciate that in the future, if I decide to use your service that you simply itemize everything so that I will be able to have a true and accurate cost for comparison. In other words, don't hide any costs because that is a losing business practice. It is dangerously close to bait and switch. Another comment I have is the "window of time" for service. I can understand a time window if I were to schedule at a time other than the beginning of the business day, but I scheduled my oil change to be between 8am and 1pm. I would think that it would be possible to schedule an actual 8am oil change as one would think that 8am would be the start of the day. The technician arrived at 11:07am which is over 3 hours after 8am. Is that really necessary? In conclusion, while I appreciate the service from the technician; I think that scheduling, pricing and dispatching along with relaying that in real time to customers could benefit from improvement. I will consider your service in the future but for now am holding judgment.

My technician Victor was very professional. He was on time, communicative, friendly and over all great at his profession. He was able to service my vehicle while informing me of the specifications need to efficiently operate it. He provided great recommendations for future maintenance. I would definitely suggest his services to others.
