Mechanic didn't do there own physical check on vehicle instead he went of customer diagnosis and customers diagnosis was incorrect which caused for a waist of time and money .

I love the service your company provides to our company and Jair Chel our tech is amazing he needs a raise :) Now I do have one bone to pick with your e-mail team. I have said multiple times to remove me from the automated work e-mail because I can only do what the company wants.

Tech Amir was courteous and professional. He determined the problem with the radiator hose and had it repaired quickly, along with the oil change.

Technician Sean was great he explained everything clearly and completed the break bad replacement with no issues. But customer service via chat (Nea) was terrible, did not address my question regarding my discount coupon not being applied to the final invoice and closed chat without addressing my concern, very bad customer service. Will not recommend or use again because of customer service.

They canceled my appt multiple times first tech was very rude, we made it very clear when scheduling that due to work no-one could be with the car but all arrangements and authorizations were given to proceed and tech refused to even look at car, finally got a tech back to look at car after 3 more canceled/rescheduled appts just to be told $85 pmt couldn't be processed and would not wait 5 min for me to call the bank an authorize charge being the holiday season our bank had implemented a stricter fraud protection than normal but tech advised us that manager Kevin instructed him to leave and would not wait overall the worst experience we have had in a long time just trying to get a repair done on a car will most defiantly never use nor recommend this company again

I have used Auto Nation several times, and the techs are all outstanding. The problem seems to be the follow-up. Rodney recommended new brake pads and rotors for the front wheels. He said that I would get a quote from Auto Nation. I never received it. Once the tech is finished, Auto Nation never follows up.
