I'm very upset with your service. I have a 2012 Volkswagen Passat TDI where your technicians came out 3 times to change my belt and tensioner. Now, after the work was performed, I have a new squealing noise coming from the tensioner and my belt is still very loose. I've tried contacting you to resolve the matter, but to no avail.
