Technician was great but received 15+ texts that the appointment was canceled and then got a text 5 hours after the appointment time that someone was on their way. Coordination was just incredibly confusing but the work performed was great and appreciated the service overall. Customer service was helpful but didn’t seem to know what was happening with the appointment which added to the confusion (told it was confirmed, received more cancelation texts and was going to get a call back, never did and then got the notification someone was on the way - guy waited 10+ min for my husband to get home since we were not expecting anyone at that point which I appreciated).

Some of the labor charges were higher than I expected (almost $70 to install a $13 headlight bulb) but everything was good - my mechanic was super!!!!

I absolutely love the convience and the mechanic was professional and informative. Also, what was most important to me is the mechanic didn't try to upsell AutoNation services. Very trust worthy.

Very pleased with the timeliness and ease of getting my car repaired.

I really appreciate the convenience but it was a little bit expensive. The price I paid for two cable heads to the battery attached was almost as expensive as putting the starter in the truck which is much more detailed than two battery post attachments. Overall Angel was great. He was very courteous very informative and very nice. He told me what he was going to do at every step and he did his job well. If I could I would give him 10 Stars.
