I am reporting my experience to the BBB. This has been the worst experience ever. Long story short, technician advise that he could not perform a diagnostic and my vehicle would need to be towed to their shop. No one came and picked up my vehicle and I texted the technician around 3pm for an eta. He advised that he was on the way back to the shop and that he would talk with his manager. By 7pm, never heard anything from anyone. I called the customer service number. They told me they would contact the technician. Customer service called me back and advised that the technician said he was in in communication with me all day(which is a lie) and that he would contact me. Technician text with the same crap that someone would contact me the next morning. I purposefully waited the next day until around noon to call my usually shop to pick my vehicle up because I knew no one was going to contact me from AutoNation. Text messages and phone records do not lie. I feel like I was robbed of 200 plus dollars. This review is also going on every review site possible. May also report it to the state attorney general office as suggested by a family member. They advised they had to do that for bad service from a HVAC company. I hardly complain about anything but this was one of the worst experiences my 40 plus years on this earth.

Technician was great but received 15+ texts that the appointment was canceled and then got a text 5 hours after the appointment time that someone was on their way. Coordination was just incredibly confusing but the work performed was great and appreciated the service overall. Customer service was helpful but didn’t seem to know what was happening with the appointment which added to the confusion (told it was confirmed, received more cancelation texts and was going to get a call back, never did and then got the notification someone was on the way - guy waited 10+ min for my husband to get home since we were not expecting anyone at that point which I appreciated).

Some of the labor charges were higher than I expected (almost $70 to install a $13 headlight bulb) but everything was good - my mechanic was super!!!!
