My tech was very very nice.Job was done very fast.

Quick and easy replacement of my dead battery. Tech checked every thing and was done in a jiffy.

Dillion was really wonderful to work with. I was cautious to use your service but wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

My original appointment was for 10:30 -1:00 PM. Then I was texted would be 1-3:30 PM the again the morning and finally showed up at 3:37 PM

Technician was perfect, as was his manager. Had an issue with pricing that was resolved to match what I was told by customer service, who confirmed with service manager on the call, but was not correct when tech arrived. My vehicle required two batteries and tech arrived with one (main battery) and went to pick up aux battery to complete the job. He and his manager went above to make sure things were completed. If it wasn’t for these two guys, it would have been a 1 star experience but these guys made it a 5 star experience.

Didn't go deep enough to fix problems

Car is still not fixed and they promised to get new correct part and I have never heard back

I still haven't heard from the manager.
