Very unprofessional and slow responding with invoices and follow up. Takes days to get invoices after begging for them. Technicians want to pick and choose their repair jobs.

You all over Over OVER communicated when you were confirming the appointment but under communication when the tech would arrive. He came later in the block and I didn’t get much immunization till then.
