The mechanic was great on the other hand the person that stated we were getting an oil change covered for the diagnostic needs to work on agreements

Luis was very efficient, skillful and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Lexus IS250. He also determined the fix necessary and scheduled a service appointment to have the problem repaired. Thanks to Luis for a job well done.

Parts were not in for the original scheduled day - Appt had to be moved which is fine. But the quoted then changed adding an additional hour of labor saying the original was misquoted. I even followed up using the Chat Help on the site to ensure the quote was accurate before the job started. In reality the additional hour add was not even needed. I understand Flat Rate but it was strange that this was not accounted for during the original quote. Tech was great but I do not like a quote being changed even after I made sure to verify when scheduling

The technician was nice and knowledgeable, and I tried to contact him after he left, and he never responded. I would like to proceed with the repair, and I don't even know how to go about it.
