Parts were not in for the original scheduled day - Appt had to be moved which is fine. But the quoted then changed adding an additional hour of labor saying the original was misquoted. I even followed up using the Chat Help on the site to ensure the quote was accurate before the job started. In reality the additional hour add was not even needed. I understand Flat Rate but it was strange that this was not accounted for during the original quote. Tech was great but I do not like a quote being changed even after I made sure to verify when scheduling

Andre was superb!!!! on time, changed oil, topped off fluids( radiator and wipers), put down materials to sosh up any spills... communicated with me all the way through. he was friendly and very knowledgeable. i will definitely use this service again-- and i will ask for Andre!!!

The only thing I didn’t like that I had to pay $195.00 for a Dianostic for my car but now I have to wait a whole week for my car to get fixed because he didn’t have the part for my car & that’s another charge when they come and fix it. Not like if you would have taken it in & they charge $90.00 for a Dianostic but when you get your car fix and if your car cost more than the $90.00 then it goes towards that.
