Luis was very efficient, skillful and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Lexus IS250. He also determined the fix necessary and scheduled a service appointment to have the problem repaired. Thanks to Luis for a job well done.

Parts were not in for the original scheduled day - Appt had to be moved which is fine. But the quoted then changed adding an additional hour of labor saying the original was misquoted. I even followed up using the Chat Help on the site to ensure the quote was accurate before the job started. In reality the additional hour add was not even needed. I understand Flat Rate but it was strange that this was not accounted for during the original quote. Tech was great but I do not like a quote being changed even after I made sure to verify when scheduling
