Andre was superb!!!! on time, changed oil, topped off fluids( radiator and wipers), put down materials to sosh up any spills... communicated with me all the way through. he was friendly and very knowledgeable. i will definitely use this service again-- and i will ask for Andre!!!

The only thing I didn’t like that I had to pay $195.00 for a Dianostic for my car but now I have to wait a whole week for my car to get fixed because he didn’t have the part for my car & that’s another charge when they come and fix it. Not like if you would have taken it in & they charge $90.00 for a Dianostic but when you get your car fix and if your car cost more than the $90.00 then it goes towards that.

Technician was very fast and professional

I would’ve like to be informed in the beginning about the main problem with my vehicle vs what I had initially asked for the service. I would’ve like to feel like I was helped and was offered to change my service before being charged for a service I did not really need. The main problem as the mechanic explain in his “note was my wheel bearing”and not necessarily my cv axel. I would’ve if the mechanic could explain hey the problem was not ur cv axel but the wheel bearing let do that service instead. I don’t like that I was told after the fact. And I wish the app explain when the tech was coming or on the way 1pm to 6pm is way to vague.
