My appointment window was from 8am to 1pm. Nobody showed up. I was then given another appointment from 1pm to 6pm. I couldn't get out of house all day because I was waiting for the technician to show up.

The technician was very polite & patient. Unfortunately, the payment (Affirm) was not approved (even after multiple attempts). He really tried but it didn't work, so I couldn't even have my car serviced. I AM STILL WAITING 4 THE TRANSACTION 2 BE REVERSED SO THAT I CAN USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

This is not the first time I am using your service but always equally impressed not only by the very professional service but also by the courtesy and amiability of the technician.

Ray was a really great technician. He was knowledgeable, very thorough, very friendly, personable and clean. I will always use AutoNation Mobile.
