My first five hour window resulted in no one showing up. My second five hour window had the technician arrive at the end of the five hours. I had just canceled the visit when the technician arrived. Fortunately, the technician was great and resolved my issue. If I was charged a cancellation fee for the second five hour window, I would like it reversed.

It is extremely frustrating that you do not have a telephone number where you can speak to a person with issues. I was unsure if it needed to be a warranty claim and tried for over a week to reach someone with no success. Don’t put a phone number on your website if you aren’t going to have someone answer it!

My appointment window was from 8am to 1pm. Nobody showed up. I was then given another appointment from 1pm to 6pm. I couldn't get out of house all day because I was waiting for the technician to show up.

The technician was very polite & patient. Unfortunately, the payment (Affirm) was not approved (even after multiple attempts). He really tried but it didn't work, so I couldn't even have my car serviced. I AM STILL WAITING 4 THE TRANSACTION 2 BE REVERSED SO THAT I CAN USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
