My technician was Ansel (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). Ansel was courteous, professional and super knowledgeable. I would, if possible , request him for future service. I was initially a bit skeptical about the mobile auto service thing, having alway brought my car to the dealer or their competitor, but it was always to a brick and mortar shop. This was incredibly convenient and I am elated that this service is available. Incidentally, I purchased my car from an Autonation MB dealer (Ft. Lauderdale) so I went into this with a level of comfort since it was Autonation. Thank you. Marc
