Professional on time service

The service itself was horrible, I specifically asked that it may not be the pads and the rotors because of the noise and the vibration, it could’ve been the abc or the software, the technician confirmed it was the brake pads and rotors front and rear, I specifically asked would this eliminate the problem.He confirmed it would, after the service the problem, the loud noise, the loud squeak and vibration etc, I have on video then the mechanic said we don’t work on Teslas!!! Why would you charge me upfront and say it was that!!! The problem still persist

Arrived and performed Diagnostic Test ahead of schedule. Test called to replace alternator which he went and obtained from an Auto store. He then returned to my location and installed it. This was all done in around 3.5 hours.Truly excellent service that I would highly recommend.

Ray was a really great technician. He was knowledgeable, very thorough, very friendly, personable and clean. I will always use AutoNation Mobile.
