The technician was okay except he said he had tightened something and it should be okay but world need replacement. Then when wanting to do the replacement, you couldn't find the part and are no longer affiliated with Car Shield. I wouldn't have used y'all for the diagnostics if I had known that

I used this company because it was covered by my insurance. After the tech told me my service wasn’t covered on warranty, he made me pay him $85. This was not communicated beforehand. I would not have used this service had I know it would cost me money. If a charge was necessary, it should have been communicated beforehand. The fee should have been billed to the insurance company. This was ridiculous and should have been resolved with the insurance company. I expect a refund.

My tech was very knowledgeable and only took 5 minutes to diagnose that squirrels had chewed threw the wiring at the fuel pump. I will definitely use Autonation in the future.
