It was a good experience. I made the appointment on one day and they came the next morning. The mechanic was very polite and explained things to me. He also did a complementary inspection which I am now aware of upcoming issues.

Pricing is unaffordable. Almost $600 to replace (4) spark plugs and (2) ignition coils is unreasonable. We are taking (4) screws on the top of the engine. I did the work myself for less than $200. The mechanic was amazing g and did an outstanding job so no complaints there. He is the only reason for the high scores.

Lawrence was amazing and kept in contact with me through the whole process of what he was doing and if he had to leave. He was patient with me running behind as well since my kids happen to be in spring break. It was so hopefully especially so early in the morning.

The quoted fee for the requested oil sensor replacement did not take into account the need to remove and reinstall the intake manifold. The fee wound up being 2x the quoted fee for the service booked on line.

Extremely happy with the service I received the day after Christmas!
