The technician was awesome — skilled, responsive, and went the extra mile! Great experience!

I paid 159 dollars for you guys to kill my car battery and to tell me you can't fix it. What a waste of time. Absolutely pathetic.

All of the technicians I have dealt with besides one are amazing.

Overall, my experience was decent. I requested a time slot for 8am-1pm a few days prior. I waited almost the entire time when they gave me an updated time of 1pm-6pm which led to a scramble for work coverage, as my car was not safe to drive and I had work at 4. I had to call customer service twice just to find out where the technician was and when they would be on their way. Initially they said between 1 and 2, then they said between 2:50 and 3:50. Their reason being that his job before mine was “complicated.” The tech was super cool and the work was great, but the scheduling beforehand was a nightmare. AutoNation had the best pricing for spark plugs that I could find locally but the hassle for waiting 7-8 hours may not have been worth it. Definitely schedule out for a day that’s completely free.

This was my first time using this service and I will absolutely use AutoNation Mobile in the future! I've already recommended this service to others.

When performing a service, please do not do it in front of another business or neighbor if at all possible. Love the service, but I will say that the invoice print is so tiny, it is hard to read 🤓
