vehicle was serviced 9/25/26 and has been leaking oil through oil plug since the service was done. the technician came to look at the issue about an hr after the initial service. His diagnosis was that the oil plug was loose and addressed the issue. This morning (9/26/26) the vehicle is leaking oil again. I need this issue addressed ASAP.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and courteous and I was impressed with the high-tech equipment used to diagnose. All in all, a very good experience.

The technician was great, absolutely no complaints about him. My only gripe (and it’s a big one) is your warranty inspection policy. I shouldn’t have to pay upfront for a warranty inspection and then wait for a refund after the part is confirmed defective and the warranty claim is validated. This policy was not in place when I originally had the part installed and I did not agree to it at the time.

Inform potential customers that they have to pay the $85 and then will be reimbursed instead of stating that the $85 will be billed to warranty company and state it must be paid before the technician arrives because it was not explained or stated anywhere
