Communication with Liz and Pete our mechanic/tech is great !!!!!However the scheduling and approval process is making repairs very difficult, for instance we have a van in need of a repair. Our tech was told that this repair can't be approved because that part isn't supposed to fail. We have also experienced delays in getting approvals. With this being said, we are Very Happy with the performance of Liz and Pete.

I would give all 5’s except yet again I got cancelled on. It seems like every time I book for a service, I can expect a cancellation. Given the large time window, it can be very frustrating.My technician was very good, extremely communicative and professional. Kudos to Zac

Brakes are squeaky already. Total bait and switch on estimate pricing. Upsold on parts on arrival. Had a terrible attitude didn’t wanna be here.
