It seems the actual charge was about $200 more than the quote. I can’t retrieve the original quote, but got another from your system and it is $200 less than what I was charged. The difference being an outrageous cost for 4 spark plugs

Rescheduling appointments without communication of this beforehand is difficult and hard to plan around, but other than that service was amazing!

Our technician, Charlie, was exceptional. He was in constant communication prior to his arrival and arrived promptly. He was very professional, friendly, and transparent with everything (recommendations, pricing, urgent/non-urgent issues, etc.). He treated my car as if it was his own, with great care, and didn't waste any time. It sure beat the dealership that's for sure, especially when job wasn't standard, as the battery is under the driver's seat (Audi). Very impressed with the company overall and will definitely use again. The pricing is beyond fair, especially when you cosnider the level of service and the convenience of them coming to your home. Don't pay that dealership premium, tow trucks, or the time and hassel for scheduling. AutoNation definitely had it all covered. A++++++
