I wrote a note when scheduling, stating that the technician would need to bring a replacement oil pan plug. Unfortunately, the message wasn't passed, so the poor man had to coordinate with the office and then go to an auto parts store. Made it more time and trouble for your employee. No problem for me.

It seems the actual charge was about $200 more than the quote. I can’t retrieve the original quote, but got another from your system and it is $200 less than what I was charged. The difference being an outrageous cost for 4 spark plugs
