I had a dripping pipe which was repaired in a speedy manner. Within a few hours of reporting the same a representative from the maintenance group came and had the issue resolved. The representative was patient, polite and respectful. He came in and got straight to work and withing less than five minutes he was able to locate and resolve the issue.
