This is my first week. Rachel, my property manager, has been incredible at making this dream location and price I can afford come together for me. I am so impressed with her responsiveness and support in the process of moving in. She has been clear and upfront with me and I am sitting on my coach looking out the patio window so happy. I had one immediate maintenance need when moving in. I submitted a work order, and the dedicated maintenance team took care of the job in a timely manner. I am glad to be living in a fully functional and clean apartment. So begins the next exciting chapter of my life in Raleigh and it is so good to be at Autumn Ridge. Additionally, the layout of Autumn ridge apartments is well thought out. I am enjoying the perks of a patio, high countertops (for bar stools) that also make it easy for me to cook and still feel connected to the living room and an excellent AC unit. And plenty of parking. 5 stars! Keep up the great work Autumn Ridge!
