The side exit door by my Mother’s room has had a broken window and caution tape for at least 2 weeks now. The hall carpets have needed cleaning for some time now. We keep getting told that they are being replaced. One or the other needs to be done.

Admin, nursing staff and all the med tech and resident staff are wonderful. I know my parents have received care from staff where my parents were treated like good family. I appreciated the warm loving care provided for my parents in their final days.

Caleb, Julia, Jordon and Gabby are doing a great job! The staff in memory care: Ashley, Mallory and crew are incredibly patient and caring with my family member who, like many people in their care, can be very high maintenance.The facility is quite dated on the inside and is by far the worst option in Caldwell. We have had three loved ones in Autumn Wind since 2016 and only are there for its close proximity to our homes.

Foods good but I prefer less butter, gravy and other sauces. Meats are tender, fish is as good as store-bought can be, soups are mostly wonderful And if I don’t like something I don’t have to eat it🙃 I have been able to get to medical appointments with a week’s pre-arrangements.All needed repairs are done as quickly as possible, replacing fixtures, carpets and all else is being accomplished at a reasonable rate. In a few less words- I’m happy to be here.

There needs to be more communication & training between staff and employees, what they can & can't do. Also, better communication between Hospice & management concerning residents & their families.

Love Autumn Wind!!!

I absolutely love Autumn Wind! I have not encountered anyone that I do not like and I really believe that everyone there truly cares, which means so much. The management is fantastic and I feel very good knowing that my parents are safe and well taken care of. My Dad is doing things now that he was never able to do at home. The activities are awesome! I am always recommending Autumn Wind when I encounter people contemplating assisted living for either themselves or their love ones.

I would like to hear more from the staff on my mom’s status. At least twice a month.
