Where do I begin? We did not have a normal move-in situation. We had an eminent need to transfer facilities to Avalon. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to help accommodate I can’t begin to say enough about how helpful and welcoming they have been to both of my parents. I am so grateful as are my parents.

Something that would be helpful would be for a larger cart to be available to move larger items. We moved my mom into Memory Care.

Wish there had been a way to lock open elevator door. Would have been easier. Apartment could have been cleaner. Everyone we interacted with were wonderful.

No information given. WiFi password, shower days, laundry day. Cleaning day. I’m sure it’s because we came in Friday evening after 6.

All questions were asked fineThe staff and residents are really friendly and it feels just like home when entering the building.
