The staff of Avalon is more like family than hired staff. They are super friendly and have been so very helpful. I seriously have been amazed at the ease and kindness of everyone.Peggy, is simply the sweetest and the activities directer, Clarissa, is fun and engaging.

Where do I begin? We did not have a normal move-in situation. We had an eminent need to transfer facilities to Avalon. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to help accommodate I can’t begin to say enough about how helpful and welcoming they have been to both of my parents. I am so grateful as are my parents.

Something that would be helpful would be for a larger cart to be available to move larger items. We moved my mom into Memory Care.

Wish there had been a way to lock open elevator door. Would have been easier. Apartment could have been cleaner. Everyone we interacted with were wonderful.
