N/AThe residents, I love how this facility really does support community. Some facilities say this is their home ,but these residents demonstrate and make you feel as though you have entered their home. The smile that greets you daily makes me love Avalon senior living.

More insensitiveThere are to many rule changes, there is to much that is being worried about other than what is of importance, IE staffing, resident care. Instead we are worried about hair color, finger nails and other non important issues. Team work and being recognized for the good you do is not a priority. I would like to see this change
