Very nice building. Over priced parking and space for the money, but that’s on par with the area. It has competition with others that have better view and similar pricing but closer amenities lie grocery stores and such. But very nice place. Also 2 year leases?

My primary reason for not renewing is that I am leaving the area. However, if I were staying I would be looking elsewhere.
