Great sunlight in the unit, awesome closet space, nice and cozy space all around. I would be proud and honored to live here.

Very nice building. Over priced parking and space for the money, but that’s on par with the area. It has competition with others that have better view and similar pricing but closer amenities lie grocery stores and such. But very nice place. Also 2 year leases?
