My primary reason for not renewing is that I am leaving the area. However, if I were staying I would be looking elsewhere.

Im always so pleased and happy with the maintenance crew at Avec. I’ve been here almost 5 years and they by far make my experience living at AVEC 10x better. They really are a standout crew and leadership team and I think they all deserve a raise. Thank you!

Ray was professional, friendly, and efficient. He understood the issue and handled it in a timely manner. My favorite maintenance person in the 5 years I've been at the Avec.

The water pressure is low again. The issue isn't fixed.

Jose unclogged my bathroom sink as requested and helped clear the calcium buildup on my sink (not requested but very much appreciated)! Jose left me a note about how to keep the calcium buildup clean as well. It made my day.

As always, the team that came was professional and friendly. The maintenance team is my favorite part of living in the building. Honestly keeps me there.
