The property is well kept and maintained staff are extremely knowledgeable.

The leasing agent was very nice and knowledgeable. He also made us feel very comfortable, not like other leasing agents we have toured with at other locations.

I still have not heard back in my application. They stated I could upload tax return from my business. Very mis leading

We really enjoyed our stay here however the price for a 2 bedroom was not sustainable. Additionally, we found the fire alarms to be extremely sensitive and we had dryer issues 3-4 times in our last 6 months that went unfixed.

We live in a one-bedroom for 2 people. The apartment is very cozy and small - just shy of 600 sq ft is not a lot of space but it makes do with our budget. We haven’t been to any of the community events, but there’s always something going on at least once a month that seems to thrive. The apartment is relatively quiet even though it is by hospitals and health centers. We were worried about a lot of noise pollution being right next to the freeway but noise hasn’t really bothered us. The appliances and the space provided by AVEL has been functioning with minimal issues. We haven’t had to call maintenance yet so I would consider it a good thing. They accommodate parking for their residents and guests as need be. Overall, considering our budget and our expectations, I’d give AVEL a solid 9 out of 10

Miko was great! Welcoming, knowledgeable, and while touring the community all the residents we encountered knew her and had good things to share.

Alex was great! He answered all our questions and was very patient with us and showed us everything we wanted to see and even let us do the application at the office so he was available for any other questions we may have.

She was very helpful.
