Overall, I enjoy living here and I enjoy the events that happen. It's a bummer that some are on Fridays in the iddle of the day like from 1-3pm so it's hard for some of us to make it. I also think that sometimes people leave trash bags on the floor vs. the trash shoot. And I wish some of the amenities were open a little later like to 11pm.

The Avel is a very modern apartment complex. Appliances, bathrooms, and living rooms have a very modern feel and have updated characteristics. The location of the Avel is good, not to far from anything you need. It is pet friendly, yet does not stink of animal compared to other apartments I’ve toured.
