The front office is fantastic to work with. Was very helpful when there was an issue with my rent payment as well as addressing after hour noise complaints and answering other questions I’ve had since I moved in. Really enjoy living here.

Everything is perfect I love the stay here my first 6 months

Apt was dirty upon move in: human and animal hair, the counters and cabinets were brown when wiped, used contacts found in the carpet, dirty under and around the washer and dryer including tampon under appliance, floors had visible dirt and dirt you could feel when you walked, dead bugs smeared on window blinds and walls, visible dirt and animal hair in every corner of the baseboards. objects have been on the double doors above the gym for months they have not been cleaned up, tap can be empty but there is no sign that it’s empty so the tap card goes to waste, lights in hallways have not been fixed making it dark, and machines at gym have been broken for months.

Didn't really get any communication as far as move out. Inspection mentioned I'd get an email with itemized repairs, but never got it. Believe this is legally required?
