Overall everything was good, but the Jacuzzi being broken for like 4 months before we moved out sucks

Because the leasing staff were lovely. Very accommodating. Also my daughter lives in Avel.

Staff here is amazing. All of you guys are nice and try to help with things as quickly as you can. Only small complaints are with the building. Water hardness is an issue, and the trash shoot on the 1st floor is tough. I realize that last one would be hard to fix though. But, other than that, Avel is great and I always enjoy the interaction with the staff.

The tour lady was not friendly and was not convincing at all. If I hadn’t already known the building I would have walked away. Miko I believe was her name .
