Sierra was great, friendly and answered all my questions.Unhappy with the fact my sons epipen for his severe peanut allergy are not covered and will have to rethink our insurance plan in the future.

Avera’s insurance was originally available through cvs making my pharmacy trip to target easy but halfway through they changed plans and I was not informed on that. Originally went to an Avera pharmacy but the locations were difficult for me to get to.

I am very pleased with the Pharmacy Benefits.
