I pay a lot of money per month for insurance and get absolutely nothing back. Your pharmacy plan is absolutely useless with what I have to pay so I end up using goodrx which provides better coverage than you. What a joke. $600 a month for nothing from your company. Find another medical plan because this one is worthless.

As to Specialty Pharmacy, you need to make up your minds as to whether or not you are going to call the customer and remind them of a prescription refill. Too many times in the last year I have missed refilling prescriptions in a timely manner because I have been getting these calls, and they stop without warning. Either do, or dont.

I don't even know when I last used my RX benefits with Avera. I don't know what visit or prescription this survey is linked to. I am not answering any questions as I don't know what I am ranking.

Insurance SHOULD NOT dictate the treatments. I've been denied multiple medications for diabetes which is why I still have a high H1C after two years. I SHOULD NOT be required to go to a specific pharmacy which is very inconvenient for me.

Someone like me , who is in chronic pain and need both of my drugs I get for injections...tge loop holes I had to go thru to obtain them is unreal, especially wjen I have diagnosis on record. I would also love my prescription ms to be automatically shipped, not have to call in each time and delivered without signature. There's tracking numbers and delivery drivers take pictures of product left each time. I hate having it delivered to my work cuz I have to sign.
