Cover actual needed medication. Currently my RX plan with Avera doesn't cover ANY medications I take and I've resorted to direct pay and 3rd party discount cards (GoodRx) to reduce the cost of the medications that you don't cover.

It should not matter which pharmacy we go to, coverage should be the same. Stop the confusion of preferred pharmacy with different coverage

you can stop questioning when my doctor orders a refill of pain medicine without deciding if it is time for me to have it or not, you do not know my pain and asking for a refill after two weeks should not be questioned.

Primarily, include prescription coverage for medication my doctor prescribes, instead of trying to limit what the doctor can do and how the doctor can treat my illness. If you don’t trust the doctor to prescribe correct medication, then eliminate that doctor from the equation. Don’t punish the rest of us. If a doctor thinks a medication is correct for my issue, then I shouldn’t have to go to an online (or Canadian or Mexican) pharmacy just to be able to afford that medication. If I have prescription coverage (which I do) and my doctor prescribes something, it should be covered. Period.
