Would love to have my xcopri paid for

Sierra was great, friendly and answered all my questions.Unhappy with the fact my sons epipen for his severe peanut allergy are not covered and will have to rethink our insurance plan in the future.

No improvement suggestions, I just want to give a shout out to the lady (I don’t remember her name) I spoke with about my prescriptions before I go on my trip. She was tremendously helpful, professional, and so very friendly and refreshing to talk with. Thank you!

Avera’s insurance was originally available through cvs making my pharmacy trip to target easy but halfway through they changed plans and I was not informed on that. Originally went to an Avera pharmacy but the locations were difficult for me to get to.

Provide them! I pay more in drug costs per month than I do my private pay avera insurance. This is the worst plan I’ve ever experienced. I unfortunately am having to use this company due to my location. But I will continue to rate this coverage as a 0 until you provide COVERAGE. Giving us more tools to get “discounts” which just makes it so our plans, my hard earned money continues to allow YOU TO NOT COVER our meds that I’m paying for in my plan is literally psycho. You know exactly what you’re doing. I would like the pharmacy to stop calling me and asking me to fill my meds with you. I’m done. Finally found another option available for now. It’s just so sad that a Christian based company turns people who especially like me private pay and then also have to pay cash for their meds because you cover nothing. Do better.

So much. Allow for me to pick up my Dupixent at the main campus pharmacy via currier not shipped like a home delivery in a big bulky box. Make the ice packs have the ability to be drained into drains or yards or plants. Auto refill my med via email or via the dang app versus having to call every dang month. It takes up time to sit on hold to refill my Dupixent every month. Plus allow me to have three months of my Dupixent at a time. I have been on it for almost 2 years and have not had issues with the medication. Unless you have to refill medication like this monthly you have no idea how frustrating and inefficient this process iou have set up is for patients.I pay way too much for insurance and the quality of my benefits are horrible. If you would have just paid for my brand Advair Diskus in 2023 versus making me fail four other inhalers DESPITE being stable with my asthma for 5+ years you would be saving so much money. I am now on an antifungal which requires CT scans every 3 months along with labs and extra meds. I would never recommend this insurance. Your gatekeeping of prescriptions is ridiculous. I now have permanent lung damage because you refused to approve my Advair. I trust my physicians to help me stay healthy with prevention but that does not seem to be a goal of the health plan. You ignore the orders my physicians (and I am talking MD/DO, not APPs who are not trained the same as physicians) who have had years of training and expertise to order my medications and treatment. I doubt every med request is even reviewed by a physician. You can and need to do better.
