I don’t recall having any questions with your customer care team, so I cannot comment. I take one medication and so far, working with you I’ve had zero issues.

It would be nice if some of the more popular weight loss drugs were covered

Add more medication options. Medications for weight loss would be a great benefit. Many people would sign up for Avera health plans with this benefit available. Also, the benefit of weight loss would outweigh the cost as less people would require diabetic, cardiovascular, and arthritis treatments

There was a lot of confusion at first with RX but I hope after everything is said and done, I won’t have to call customer service every time I fill a prescription. In the end I was very satisfied with all the help.

Cover birth control! Also generic should be way cheaper
