Use co-pay for pharmacy costs. Having insurance is to lower high costs. Average only lowers costs on low cost drugs.

I do not use Avera any more due to a life-altering experience with the billing department (I would say "life-ruining" if I hadn't somehow become a shaman instead of a death of despair statistic from that experience).
