Communication as to what is covered and timeliness in prescription refills

You will not approve GLP1 for me, now I have to go through someone I don’t know and pay more. I have tried everything to lose weight. Horrible

The answers I received in the app different from the actual price paid when refilling a prescription.

I recently signed up and the options given on my current medications are not better than what I currently have. In fact they're more expensive more time consuming and a delay of delivery. I will not be using this benefit.

I looked at what I can get from Amazon, but my meds are not included. You upped my copay on my meds, which are all generic, and really shouldn't cost that much. It is very frustrating.

My prescriptions are not listed on the website and I think they should be. I do not have the ability to edit my home delivery dates and again I think I should be able to.
