Roneela was very professional, she help me with creating my Aviva account. I'm computer illiterate, roneela was patient enough to walk me through the process of filling out the entire rental application on my phone. Roneela also made my move in easy by breaking down what I would have to pay. (Ie) $75 application, $250 admin, the my rent. Roneela was very informative. I Ray was delighted with her customer service, especially the walk through.

Since moving in, I have not been able to get hot water nor was my shower working.
