In the six years I have been a resident at Aviator W. 7th, I have consistently had a great experience. Sadly I have to move and it is with a heavy heart. I can confidently say both the office team and the maintenance team have accommodated my request promptly and accordingly! I have definitely been spoiled!! Thank you, Aviator West 7th…you will be missed by this tenant!

My car has been broke into twice and my roommates once I brought it up to the office she said the manager will reach out to me. Finally a week later all the manager said is we are not responsible sorry for the inconvenience. Like what I wasn’t even trying to say yall were responsible I didn’t ask for any money or anything either time but you think the office would ask if I would of wanted to move parking spots to a different reserved spot near a camera. But she didn’t do anything except say we are not responsible and I’ve bought two windows for my vehicle and the stole my sound system both times.

Issue is still prevalent regarding the a/c not cooling and circuit tripping

I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are cleaned regularly. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and the the maintenance man is always very helpful. Depending on the time of the night I can not always find parking on my floor, but it is not too much of a inconvenience to park one floor up and walk down the stairs. The only issue we sometimes have is with the garage gates not working on both sides at all times, but this has never been a huge issue. We love the space and look of our apartment and have not had any issues currently stopping us from re-leasing for multiple years.

James is amazing, he came out and helped me with my A/C unit right away and checked back in after hours once I came home

The pool area music is too loud, and too frequent. This is unnecessary and very annoying, not sure why there is music playing outside when nobody is even out there. Please stop.Also I don't want the management communication to be as frequent as it is, it is often just the same information.

Only con is when the elevators break in the building and/or garage when you have a lot of stuff to bring in or grandparents visiting, besides that very good environment to raise a toddler!!

My only complaint about living here is the landscaping is abysmal. I live in the townhomes and all the exposed irrigation pipes are not only ugly but definitely a tripping/safety hazard. Lived here for 2 years and just hoping one day I’ll look out and there will be at least an attempt to fix it. Everything else about living here has been absolutely lovely.
