To be frank. I've dealt with my fair share of maintenance/handymen this guy was a notch above the rest definitely one of the most professional and effecient/cleanly people ive met.

James did a superb job. We had not called the emergency line as I assumed if the office is open, they would see the work tickets. He said on the weekends for something like that you always want to call the emergency line. Our unit was cooling, but it definitely wasn’t working correctly and the fan would not shut off. So I think there is a possibility we might have lost our air-conditioning at some point if he had not come and got to it. The control board was burnt to a crisp. He saw our work ticket and picked it up even though it was a Saturday. I really appreciate that he did that. He knew exactly what the problem was and came in and got it fixed and gave us a new air filter since he said the smoke from the control board burning up had gotten into the filter. I appreciate the friendliness, the professionalism and prompt attention to this matter.

It’s a little concerning that our AC has gone out 3 times in one week, and we’ve only been here for less than a month. But that being said, James has been over to fix it immediately everytime. He’s been great, so we appreciate that.

Please extend pool hours to 12am for adults. We’re begging. People keep their kids there until closing time. Some of us don’t find children relaxing, and would like to use the pool we pay for. PLEASE! :(

The stairwell door by the first floor elevator has been broken for months and either doesn’t lock or doesn’t open, the door to get in near the club room never shuts/locks, and the third door over there has also been out of service for months. Besides that, the garage gate only opens sometimes and is frequently broken (I know people hit it and it isn’t the fault of aviator) Besides that, the only thing I’d like to see more are more frequent restocks of coffee pods and cups in the club room:))

Well, after submitting my application, I called to get an update. I was told to send my offer letter to a email, but the email was invalid. I've called all day to know what veil of reaching anyone in regards to my application. So with that being said, I don't think that i'm going to be moving forward with your community.Being that I wasn't helped to the full extent that I would have preferred

Great community and great location to downtown and fun. The team is very courteous and humble. A very quiet complex not loud.
