My only complaint about living here is the landscaping is abysmal. I live in the townhomes and all the exposed irrigation pipes are not only ugly but definitely a tripping/safety hazard. Lived here for 2 years and just hoping one day I’ll look out and there will be at least an attempt to fix it. Everything else about living here has been absolutely lovely.

Each and every time I walk into the management office I am greeted with a positive attitude and warm welcome. The staff is attentive. I do enjoy living at Aviator West 7th for this reason and more. 😊

All around it has been a very smooth and relaxing experience! Everyone is friendly, I see families having fun all the time at the pool, it’s a great experience!
