The outside parts of the apartment needs to be cleaned and planted. The ground is mostly just bare soil with irrigation sticking out of the ground. Also the dog park needs to renewed and taken care of better.

I was not able to schedule a tour with Aviator West 7th, due to my own time constraints. However, I received great service from Gary to help me with my application and set-up for internet. He ensured I received exactly what I was looking for, considering move-in specials and the like. The application process was smooth, and Emily helped me right into the lease signing. All was communicated clearly and timely. My one feedback would be that the video for my unit’s floor plan, A7, isn’t as nice and detailed as others listed on the YouTube channel. Other than this, everything was as smooth as nice as can be. A big thanks! 🙏🏼
