Everything was great, but I can’t seem to ever reach the office by calling for a question.

Living here has been a great experience. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance goes above and beyond. I’ve only needed a few small things repaired and it’s been done quickly and efficiently. The common areas are clean and welcoming. I haven’t found a negative thing about living here and highly recommend.

Charles was fantastic in giving my family and I a tour of the apartments. He also made move in extremely easy, and quickly addressed any questions I sent his way. Highly appreciate the level of care and attention.

Marvin gave us a tour twice after discussing and finding out a better option for our needs. He was quite helpful

The outside parts of the apartment needs to be cleaned and planted. The ground is mostly just bare soil with irrigation sticking out of the ground. Also the dog park needs to renewed and taken care of better.

Gary was super friendly and made our tour fun! Very professional and knowledgable.

Gary DeLa Cruz was very informative & helpful with my move in process. He was extremely patient with me in moving forward with aviator apartments. Definitely recommend him for any upcoming residents!
