The garage gates breaking randomly is my only real issue. One will work and it’ll block traffic or create jams. Otherwise I love living at Aviator! There’s been high front office turnover but each person has been kind, diligent, and helpful! The BIGGEST shoutout goes to Mr. James. He’s the superhero of Aviator. He’s incredibly generous, always quick to troubleshoot issues, and for a single woman living alone, he always looks out for me. Having him here makes me feel safer and I appreciate him so much!

I have enjoyed my 4 year experience of living at Aviator West 7th. The staff members are always polite, pleasant, and accommodating. The amenities are easily accessible and well kept.I love the convenience to all the area restaurants and retail shops.

Everything was great, but I can’t seem to ever reach the office by calling for a question.

Living here has been a great experience. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance goes above and beyond. I’ve only needed a few small things repaired and it’s been done quickly and efficiently. The common areas are clean and welcoming. I haven’t found a negative thing about living here and highly recommend.

Friendly guest services. The staff is always willing to help no matter what. Clean and quiet apartments.
