We had our first visit with Charles! He was not only very knowledgeable about the property, but he was great at already making us feel at home! He shared helpful ways for us to save money once we moved, encouraged us to take our time while choosing, and was just very personable with us all together. Thank you for all your help!

I was not able to schedule a tour with Aviator West 7th, due to my own time constraints. However, I received great service from Gary to help me with my application and set-up for internet. He ensured I received exactly what I was looking for, considering move-in specials and the like. The application process was smooth, and Emily helped me right into the lease signing. All was communicated clearly and timely. My one feedback would be that the video for my unit’s floor plan, A7, isn’t as nice and detailed as others listed on the YouTube channel. Other than this, everything was as smooth as nice as can be. A big thanks! 🙏🏼

Katie was fantastic and very accommodating. I’m taking a different apartment but had I not found this other apartment that fit my needs better I would have chosen your complex. I liked it quite a bit and Katie was just a delight.

Just that one of the issues I have with the door to my laundry closet is missing a latch. It’s been about a month now with no response on when or if it will be fixed
