I ended to needing a biopsy. The doctor & team from registration, finance, & she two team member who helped the doctor with the biopsy were incredibly kind & reassuring during a nerve wrecking time. I’m grateful.

I was very nervous coming into this appointment because of the experience I had with my first appointment. The doctor and nurse have been awesome. However after my first appointment (extraction in prep for implant) I called into the office and described pain I was having. Whoever answered the phone (office staff I assume) said everything sounded normal and there was no problem. I had however taken a picture and later showed my dentist and I had a dry socket. Probably shouldn’t have had the person answering the phone diagnosing my issue and sending me on my way. So I was nervous coming into this appointment hoping like heck I wouldn’t have an issue and have to call into again. So far so good!! Also, initially when I scheduled the appointment it was really difficult to figure out the process, and what appointments I actually needed. Not sure why … but the explanation just wasn’t clicking. I think Dr Hostalet is awesome and the staff that has supported him in the room. But the front office scares me … hence my mixed review regarding whether I would recommend the office to a friend. Some parts have been great and some not so great.

Extremely professional staff but yet very caring spoke with you on a level you can understand. My doctor was absolutely sharp. He told me what he’s going to do. It was done. Just no pain at all.

The tooth removal went smooth and the staff was awesome. Explained everything in detail. Gave me everything for after care. Highly recommend if you need a procedure!

I was so nervous but the staff was great they talk me through the process and was very professional and kind to me and the dentist was quick and keep me calm I will recommend you to everyone that needs help with their dental issues thank God for yhe wonderful staff

They kept me at peace, the Dentist was very nice and made it a speedy process to get my 6 teeth extracted. I was sedated for the procedure. There was a very sweet woman (Didn’t get her name. She is pregnant.) She even gave me her hand to hold while someone else inserted the needle for the IV. Very greatful for that small gesture, it meant a lot to someone who’s very nervous
