Oral surgeon Dr McDonough was excellent as good results with minimal pain and he explained everything very wellHe was also very friendly

It was a great experience. Dr. Hostleit did a phenomenal job! I had my wisdom teeth removed and from stories elsewhere was expecting a harsh experience and recovery, however it was the exact opposite! My experience could not have gone any better, it was quick and painless, and thanks to his good work I am off into a easy recovery!

The only thing I would say is that I wish it didn’t have to be so cold there.

I had questions post therapy. They got right back with me and answered my question.

I ended to needing a biopsy. The doctor & team from registration, finance, & she two team member who helped the doctor with the biopsy were incredibly kind & reassuring during a nerve wrecking time. I’m grateful.

I was very nervous coming into this appointment because of the experience I had with my first appointment. The doctor and nurse have been awesome. However after my first appointment (extraction in prep for implant) I called into the office and described pain I was having. Whoever answered the phone (office staff I assume) said everything sounded normal and there was no problem. I had however taken a picture and later showed my dentist and I had a dry socket. Probably shouldn’t have had the person answering the phone diagnosing my issue and sending me on my way. So I was nervous coming into this appointment hoping like heck I wouldn’t have an issue and have to call into again. So far so good!! Also, initially when I scheduled the appointment it was really difficult to figure out the process, and what appointments I actually needed. Not sure why … but the explanation just wasn’t clicking. I think Dr Hostalet is awesome and the staff that has supported him in the room. But the front office scares me … hence my mixed review regarding whether I would recommend the office to a friend. Some parts have been great and some not so great.

Extremely professional staff but yet very caring spoke with you on a level you can understand. My doctor was absolutely sharp. He told me what he’s going to do. It was done. Just no pain at all.
