Awesome experience. Was able to get tooth extracted the same day as the consultation. No pain felt during the procedure and minimal pain afterwards. Didn't need any strong meds, only Tylenol. Very friendly staff.

My only issue was from the woman in the billing department. She treated me poorly. She was very rude and spoke with a condescending voice towards me. I didn't appreciate that part of my experience with the Avon Oral Dental Team but otherwise I enjoyed my service and everyone else whom I came into contact with!!

You get an A+. I have had several oral surgeons other the years and this was by far my best experience. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The reason for the 8 on the one question, is because I experienced a dry socket and had a lot of pain for days. I called though, and got right in for Dr Mcdonald to check it. He took care of me. He sent me home with a syringe of stuff and care instructions since I would have to drive a distance again if they packed it. So, far, I think I am good, but still taking a bit of Motrin at night for discomfort. If it continues, I know that they will take care of me though. ty for asking

everybody was wonderful I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was treated with respect and everybody was very, very helpful.
