When he said he was here with a new washer and dryer, I was never so excited about having a new one, took 6 years of every maintenance person to figure it out but I’ve never been happier, thank you Casey, you sure make sure things get done since I last talk to you, so excited .Living with that smell was horrible, but again thank you so much.

Yes, I have been dealing with this issue for 6 years every summer either this smell, he put the packet in and said in 2 weeks to use it again , well it didn’t work this time I’m done with dealing with this issue, I need it taken out of here . I’m paying to live here and my house smells like sewage .
